Translation modification
If the client has objections to the quality of the translation, Brighttrans will modify it based on different translated words
For less than 10,000 words, the modification request should be submitted within 7 days after the translation is received.
For more than or equal to 10,000 words and less than 100,000 words, the modification request should be submitted within 15 days after the translation is received.
For more than or equal to 100,000 words, the modification request should be submitted within 30 days after the translation is received.
Invoicing

Brighttrans provides the invoice application service. You can choose the electronic invoice or paper invoice. You can choose the plain invoice or special value-added tax invoice. You should fill in invoice information. We will send the paper invoice by express (SF Express), and send the electronic invoice by email.

For the client who needs the translation seal and official seal, we can affix the seals for the translation and provide the translator’s signature.
